Our consultation process is designed to understand your unique needs and preferences, allowing us to tailor our approach accordingly. Upon agreement on the scope of work, a signed contract and deposit will be required to commence planning and execution of your project. Our professional team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results that exceed your expectations, regardless of which package you choose.

To secure your desired photo package, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required upon booking, and will be applied towards your scheduled session. The retainer must be paid within 48 hours of scheduling to guarantee your session. Please note that sessions must be booked at least two weeks in advance or there will be a Last Minute Booking Fee.
If the client cancels the session, the retainer will be forfeited. Any rescheduling must be done within 48 hours, except for outdoor shoots affected by inclement weather, which will be rescheduled at the discretion of J. Banks Photography with no penalty.
Please allow 7-14 days for turnaround on edited photos. If you require rushed service, a fee will apply.
*Full amount must be paid before session begins.*
*All raw photos can be purchased for $1000. Otherwise no raw photos will be provided.
*Once edited photos are provided, there will only be 1 edit correction done per image.
